A reference search locates people in your network who can provide reliable feedback about a job candidate or business prospect. A reference search returns a list of people who have worked at the same company, over the same time period as the candidate or prospect.
Reference searches are available to Premium Account holders as well as to job posters. Job posters can run reference searches on the people who apply to jobs posted on LinkedIn.
