Updating Billing Information

How do I add, edit, or delete my credit card or payment information?

You can add, edit, or delete payment information for Premium accounts, job postings and InMail credits.


Premium Accounts

Adding a payment method

You can add additional payment methods from the Payments section of the Privacy & Settings page.

  1. Move your cursor over your photo in the top right of your homepage and select Privacy & Settings.
    • You may be prompted to sign in to your account to get to your settings.
  2. In the Payment section at the top of the page, click Manage Payment Account.
  3. Click the Personal Cards tab.
  4. Click Add a Payment Method tab on the top right, and add your payment method and billing address.
  5. Click Save.
Editing a payment information

You can edit your saved payment information (credit card, billing address, company name, VAT) from the Payments section of the Privacy & Settings page:

  1. Move your cursor over your photo in the top right of your homepage and select Privacy & Settings.
    • You may be prompted to sign in to your account.
  2. In the Payment section at the top of the page, click Manage Payment Account.
  3. Click the Personal Cards tab.
  4. Click the Edit icon to the right of your payment method name and make your updates.
  5. Click Save.

Deleting a payment method

You can delete your credit card or any other payment method if it's not associated with an active purchase.

To delete it anyway, you'll need to either change the payment method or cancel the product. Then follow the steps as outlined below.

  1. Move your cursor over your photo in the top right of your homepage and select Privacy & Settings.
    • You may be prompted to sign in to your account.
  2. In the Payment section at the top of the page, click Manage Payment Account.
  3. Click the Personal Cards tab.
  4. Click the X to delete the payment method you'd like to remove.

Notes:

  • If you see a notice that tells you there was a problem processing your card payment, just click the link in that notification to update your billing information.
  • If your account has already reverted back to a Basic (free) account, click Upgrade Your Account at the bottom of your profile page. Then choose the type of account you want and enter your card information.

Changing billing information

  1. Go to your Campaign Manager.
  2. Click Billing.
  3. Click Manage Billing Info in the upper right.
  4. Click the Edit link and make your updates.
  5. Click Change.

InMail and Job Postings (Excluding Sponsored Jobs)

Note: Adding, editing, or deleting a payment method won't change the payment method of orders you've already placed.
