How to Send a Targeted Update

How companies target their updates?

If you're a Company Page administrator, you can create a targeted company update.

  1. In the Share an update box on the Company Page Home tab, click the Share with menu and select Targeted audience.
  2. Select the specific audience you want to share this update with.
  3. At the bottom of the box, select either employees and non-employees or non-employees only.
  4. Click Select.
  5. Click Share.

Note: A company must have at least 100 followers within the selected target group in order to post a targeted company update. Updates will only appear to their intended audiences in the member's feed on their homepage and on the Company Page.
