When your photo won't upload to your profile, please ensure your photo file meets our specifications:

  1. Maximum file size is 6MB.
  2. Profile photo: Pixel size is between 200 x 200 pixels and 20,000 X 20,000 pixels.
  3. Background photo: Pixel size is between 1000 X 425 and 20,000 X 20,000 pixels.
  4. File type must be PNG, JPEG or GIF.

If it still won’t upload, try again using a different browser. If that doesn't work, follow the instructions below to compress and save your profile photo as a PNG file and then upload it to your profile.
