Getting Help and Contacting LinkedIn Customer Service

How do I get help with using LinkedIn products, and how do I contact Customer Service?

We want to help you in the best possible way. You can contact us from LinkedIn Help as well as find articles and videos to help you use our products and services better.

Getting help with LinkedIn.com
  1. Move your cursor over your profile photo in the top right of your homepage and select Get Help from the dropdown. This will take you to LinkedIn Help.
  2. Search for answers to your questions by typing relevant keywords in the search box or browse through the topics on the left
  3. If you don't find your answer, click Send us a message at the bottom of the page to contact us through our web form.
  4. Complete the web form and provide an overview of your question or issue.
    • You can add a screenshot or supporting documentation that we can reference for troubleshooting by clicking Add an Attachment.
  5. Click Submit. One of our Customer Service representatives will reply to you as quickly as possible.

Note: You can also click Chat with us at the bottom of the page to chat with a representative online. This option may not always be available.

Getting help with Recruiter
  1. Move your cursor over your profile photo in the top right of your page and select Help from the dropdown or click Support at the bottom of the page. This will take you to Recruiter Help.
  2. Search for answers to your questions by typing relevant keywords in the search box or browse through the topics on the left.
  3. If you don't find your answer, click Send us a message at the bottom of the page to contact us through our web form.
  4. Complete the web form and provide an overview of your question or issue.

  1. Move your cursor over Help next to your profile picture and select Help Center from the dropdown. This will take you to Sales Navigator Help.
  2. Search for answers to your questions by typing relevant keywords in the search box or browse through the topics on the left.

  4. Complete the web form and provide an overview of your question or issue.
